INVITATION TO AN OPEN DAY FOR THE TOURISM COVE

The Zantchito Technical Assistance Project is an EU Funded project which is

implemented by the British Council. The project has established four Centres of
Vocational Excellence (COVE) in the areas of 1) Agricultural Mechanization, 2)
Tourism, 3) Renewable Energy and 4) Marine Transport. This institution has been
selected to host the Tourism COVE.
You may recall that the Open Day for this Centre of Vocational Excellence was
supposed to be held on 14th March 2024, but was cancelled due to bad weather
forecast by the Department of Meteorology. In this regard, you are informed that the
event will now take place on 4th April 2024 at the Malawi Institute of Tourism plot
adjacent to the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation TV Kwacha Studios for the purpose
of introducing the COVE and its activities to key stakeholders.
We would therefore like to invite you to this important function where the role and
functions of the COVE will be explained to key stakeholders. Kindly confirm your
