(Diet Advice for 4 weeks)


At Morning (8:00 am): 1 glass of methi water with 2 overnight soaked almonds + 1 spoon chia
seeds with 1 glass water overnight soaked.
Morning Tea (8:30 am): 1 cup tea/ coffee without sugar.
Breakfast (9:30 am): 2 eggs made in different styles and 1 bowl of veggies (no potatoes) with
1teaspoon of white butter/ ghee.
Post Meal (10:00 am) – 1 cup green tea.
Lunch (2:00 pm) – 200 grams of Fish/Chicken/Paneer and 1 bowl of veggies (no potatoes)
with 1teaspoon of white butter.
Post Lunch (2:30 pm) – 1 cup green tea.
6:00 pm – Cucumber salad
Dinner (8:00 pm) – Prepare Stew with 50 gm Chicken + 200 gm vegetables + 1 teaspoon white
butter/ ghee OR 60 gm protein concentrate + 1 plate green salad.
Note: -
1. Cardio for ½ an hour/ Yoga.
2. Eat food at least 2 hours before lying down.
3. Review after 1 month
4. Drink 5L + water.
