(Diet Advice for 4 weeks)


At Morning (9:00 am): 1 glass of methi water with 2 overnight soaked almonds + 1 spoon chia
seeds with 1 glass water overnight soaked.
Morning Tea (9:30 am): 1 cup tea/ coffee without sugar.
Breakfast (10:30 am): 1 teaspoon honey + ½ banana + 2 tablespoon raw oats + 1 tablespoon
mix seeds.
Post Meal (11:00 am) – 1 cup green tea.
Lunch (2:00 pm) – ½ tea cup brown rice + 100 grams of Fish/Chicken roasted + 1 bowl
Avocado/ cucumber salad and 1 bowl of veggies (no potatoes).
Post Lunch (2:30 pm) – 1 cup green tea.
7:00 pm – 1 apple/ guava/ orange.
Dinner (9:00 pm) – 50 gm Chicken roasted + 1 bowl veg soup + 1 full plate green salad.
Note: -
1. Cardio for ½ an hour/ Yoga.
2. Eat food at least 2 hours before lying down.
3. Review after 1 month
4. Drink 4L + water.
