We thank you for the RFQ and we are pleased to submit our best rate for the following scope of works.

Scope of work

• Dismantling of existing shed.

• Loading and unloading of materials.
• Transportation of materials to/from the site.
• Re-assembly of shed as per specification.
• Masonry works at main building.

Terms and Conditions: -

• All approvals, pass, permits are to be provided by Energy Services.

• Scaffolding required for the work to be provided by Energy Services.
• Required electricity and water for the work to be provided by Energy Services.

Exclusions: -

• Any other work not mentioned in the scope.

• Any other civil works not mentioned in the scope.
• RCC foundations and base slab works.

Payment terms: -

• 30% advance along with PO.

• 30% during dismantling of shed.
• 30% during commissioning of re-assembled shed.
• Balance 10% after 1 month of commission.
