This business plan explores the strategic expansion of Good Shepherd Ube Jam, a

well-known maker of quality ube jam from the Philippines, into the California market,

USA. With an established tradition of producing high-quality jams from locally sourced

ube, Good Shepherd Ube Jam aims to expose its original Filipino flavors to California's

appreciation. As we set our sights on international expansion, we aim to introduce the

One of the reasons California is our aim was that, according to the statistics in 2022, it

work there. The reason for this may also be one of the motives why they keep promoting

to other nationality with the product due to its excellent taste.
