identify the author’s purpose.

1. For me, the author means that he is regretting the things he did before, he
was very dreamy when he was younger but for him, many of them seemed
impossible, that’s why he said that if he only changed himself first, he may be
able to make a change on the things around him.

2. I think the author chose this kind of message because he wants to inform
everyone about what will happen if we do not change ourselves first.

The text is about to persuade because in the last part it convinces the readers
to add the yema bars on their holiday menu.

It is about how Isko Moreno helped Odette victims and it shows what are the
steps he did to help those people.
