CONSUMER TRADESHOW PROPOSAL

Ontario and Quebec

Three tradeshows in major cities in Ontario and Quebec have been shortlisted in the coming months. If
the budget allows, Rebalance Energy will book booths at all three shows. The attached document
outlines the proposal in more detail.

TRADESHOWS

The following three tradeshows, in order of priority, have been shortlisted:

1. Ottawa Home and Garden Show, March 7, 2024, to March 11, 2024
2. Toronto Home Show, July 5, 2024, to July 9, 2024
3. Montreal HomeExpo, October 8, 2024, to October 12, 2024

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

Booth Size and Staffing. Drawing on our experience with each of these tradeshows, a medium-sized
booth (200 square feet) is our minimum requirement. If the budget allows, a corner location or larger
size will be booked, as we have found these to attract more tradeshow attendees.

Ideally, four sales representatives will work at each tradeshow. This allows staff to be scheduled for a
reasonable number of hours in the booth each day.

Tradeshow-Supplied Equipment, Furniture, and Services. The official tradeshow suppliers will be used
for most equipment, furniture, and services.

 Floor covering (carpet)


 Partition walls (provided at no charge, depending on show and booth location)
 Two rectangular display tables
 Two high-top round tables, each with two chairs

 One 72-inch flat-screen TV, mounted


 Electrical connections for audio-visual displays
 Internet connection
 Banner hanging
 Booth cleaning

Rebalance-Supplied Equipment and Accessories. Additional booth accessories will be drawn from our
in-house supply.

 Display boards
 Brochure stands
 Two laptops, connected to 27-inch monitors
 Printed copies of marketing materials

BUDGET

To attend all three tradeshows, a working budget of $73,000 is requested. This budget is based on
preliminary booth space quotes provided by tradeshow management, and it includes estimated travel
costs for four sales representatives.

NEXT STEPS

This tradeshow proposal will be discussed at the management meeting scheduled for November 19.
Once a working budget is approved, we will register for one or more tradeshows and planning will
proceed. At each tradeshow, we will capture leads through a digital contact form that can be emailed to
interested parties. A final budget will be presented at the management meeting in January.
