Introduction
The Gender Audit is an attempt to study whether the college has good gender balance. It
tries to see whether college follows government rules, policies and actions formulated for up-
gradation of women in society. The Gender Audit tries to access the impact of its current

The above graph shows the classification regarding the ratio of admissions of males and
females for various Courses. It can be easily analyzed that the ratio of female students was
low from the last five years when it was compared to the admitted male students The ratio of
male and female students’ admissions for B.E. ad B.tech courses in the last five years is
moderate and seems average through all the years. But still, the percentage of boy’s students
was significantly high it was observed that institutional provides campus and gender
promotion activity-based education to improve girls intake. Since the students come from
rural areas, socially disadvantaged groups and the institution offers an education with
affordable fees. The institution has even ways through transportation and other activity
programs.

The above graph shows the proportion of male and female teaching staff. An analysis
of the ratio of teaching staff from the academic year 2018-19 to 2022-23 is shown
above. In the academic year, 2018 -2019 and 2019-2020 the ratio of male teaching
faculty was 53 - 54% and female teaching faculty was 46-47% its started decreasing. The
ratio of male and female teachers in the academic year 2021-2022 to 2022-2023 shows
increases ratio of female teaching staff.

An analysis of the ratio of non-teaching staff from the academic year 2018-19 to 2022-23
was shown above. The male percentage is higher whereas the female percentage is low
compared to male non-teaching faculties. Compared from the initial stages the percentage
started increasing from the year 2021-2022 to 2022-2023.
