Kalubihon, Brgy. Hampas Lupa, Bagobo City. A driver of Black Toyota
Vios Plate No. 123-456 YWS(Suspect); Roberte Dipatanday, 32 years old,
male, Single, a resident of Brgy. Tirador, Yekok City, A driver of
Chevrolete Plate No. 321-654 AWTS (Victim); John lloyd Owhaha, 21
years old, male, single, and resident of Zone 10, Brgy. Bagong Silangan,
Gwapo City, (Witness)

6. Hit and Run

Based on the preliminary investigation conducted by Psgt. Rjay Cartin, Ralph Dangoy
has inadequate brakes while running at the speed of 156 Kilometers per hour. Roberte
Dipantanday while trying to enter the fast lane, mistook the speed of Ralph Dangoy as
slow paced, that caused both cars to collide that resulted to Damage to property and
physical injury.
