Design 2D Design 3D
1. Design in Millimeter 1. Save as Design 3D_YourName
2. Press F9 for zero point location 2. View – Standard Views – Isometric Gview (Alt + 7)
3. Create Polygon 3. Step 1
- Create – Create Polygon - Select all of bolt line
- Polygon Menu : # = 6 - Xform – Xform Translate
- Click to Zero Point or X 0 / Y 0 / Z 0 - Choose Join
- Radius = 20 ( Check Flat ) – OK - Z = 15 – OK
4. Create triple Circles 4. Step 2
- Create – Arc – Create Circle Center Point - Select all of bolt line
- Click to Zero Point or X 0 / Y 0 / Z 0 - Xform – Xform Translate
- Diameter C1 = 80 , C2 = 90 , C3 = 170 - Choose Join
5. Create six Circles - Z = 45 – OK
a. Step 1 5. Save
- Create – Arc – Create Circle Center Point 6. Print Screen The Design
- X 0 / Y 60 / Z 0
- Diameter = 16 - OK
b. Step 2
- Select the circle
- Xform – Xform Rotate Simulation
- Rotate menu: # = 5 and Angle = 60 - OK 1. Machine Type – Mill - …. GENERIC FADAL FORMAT_1
6. Create double Circle 4X MILL MM.MMD
- Create – Arc – Create Circle Center Point 2. Tools : 8 mm Flat Mill
- Click to Zero Point or X 0 / Y 95 / Z 0
- Diameter C4 = 20 , C5 = 36
7. Rotate double circle
- Select both of circle
- Xform – Xform Rotate
- Rotate menu: # = 2 and Angle = 120 - OK
8. Fillet function for double circles
- Create – Fillet – Fillet Entities
- Ribbon bar: click No Trim icon
- Radius = 15 NOTE :
- Select C3 and C5 1. Save your work in one folder included four files
9. Trim function for double circles - Mastercam file / *.MCX
- Edit – Trim / Break - NC program / *.NC
- Click Divide - Screenshoot of your design / *.jpeg
- Erase the inside of circles between C3 and C5 a. Design
10. Save as Design 2D_YourName b. Simulation
11. Print Screen The Design 2. Put your folder in computer desktop
