● Please update your zoom account to the latest version

● Please update your Zoom profile with:
○ a photo of yourself
○ the name that you would like to be called in this class written in English script
● The default is that your video should almost always be on, especially turn your video
on:
○ when you first enter the zoom classroom and once class has started
○ before you leave the zoom classroom
○ whenever you speak
○ when you are in breakout rooms for small group discussion
● If you can not turn your video on during requested times, you are considered as not in
attendance which will impact your grade
● When I ask a question to the group, please respond with a nod or shaking your head or
a thumbs up, etc. either in your video actual reaction or through the response tool
● You can put questions and comments in the chat box.
● If you are having Internet/WiFi issues, please send me a private chat message.
However, it is expected that all participants have a stable and reliable internet in order to
effectively learn online.
