Value Added Time = (10 + 1 + 61 + 1 + 30 + 240 + 30 + 60 + 30 + 90 + 4320 + 1440 + 10) = 6323 mins

Non Value Added Time = (720 + 720 + 720 + 720 + 4320 + 1440 + 2880 + 1440 + 4320 + 7200 + 7200 + 720) = 32400 mins

Cycle Time = Value Added Time+ Non Value Added Time = 6323 + 32400 = 38723 mins

The process cycle efficiency = Value Added Time / Cycle Time = 6323 / 38723 = 16.33%

Recommendations for improvements:

 The server runs 24/7 instead of just night, so it can wait for 12hrs to browse the account
 Customers waiting for confirmation via mail after 1 minute should quit the mail in the mailbox waiting for 12hrs
 The client waits an extra 30mins to manage the architects aggregate request account, and adds 60mins to the architect's response rating then gets rid of
the 24hrs documentation and waits for the architect to open the 48hrs review. , continue to wait for the client to wait more time to fix it will quit waiting
for feedback architect 24hrs and quit waiting for a new meeting with the client 72hrs. So at this point it is possible to see all 3 clients, account manager
and the architect working together.
