Whereas,, the Assistant Commissioner of Hosapete Sub-division


division after conducting spot
inspection has submitted a proposal for declaration for unrecorded habitation in respect of
habitation situated at GANGAMMANAHALLI (mention address)
I, Sri M.S.DIVAKARA Deputy Commissioner of VIJAYANAGAR District, Having examined
the said proposal of the Assistant Commissioner and having satisfied the same meets the
criterion prescribed to declare the said GANGAMMANAHALLI Unrecorded habitation as such,

It is hereby that this unrecorded habitation may here in after be named as
GANGAMMANAHALLI And where as in consequence of this declaration the extent of land
indicated in the column 5 above with survey number specified in column 4 on which the said
unrecorded habitation is located vests absolutely in the state Government free from all
encumbrance.
Provided that, any private land vested in the Government as per this notification is
subject to the condition that any extent of such land occupied by the land owner himself for
