Warm greetings from Philippine Statistics Authority!

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), as part of its steadfast strive to embrace emerging
technologies and practical applications, boards on another innovation and advancement on
integrating all statistical data and geospatial information. The 2023 Integrated Processing of
Maps from Various Activities envisions to update existing digitized census maps to come up
with accurate, complete, and up-to-date maps to utilize in data collection during national
censuses, listing, and sample survey operations including data collection in community-based
monitoring systems.

In line with this, as part of our map research, we kindly request that you provide us with your
updated Map shapefiles of your municipality at your earliest convenience. Timely access to this
information will greatly assist us in our goal.

You can send the documents electronically to r.montesco@psa.gov.ph . We appreciate your

ongoing cooperation and the valuable role you play in maintaining accurate data for our
mapping activities.
