AFFIDAVIT

I, LILIAN ACHIENG ADHIAMBO resident of Awendo in Migori County

and of care of P.O. Box number 48 Sare within the Republic of
Kenya do make oath and state as follows:-

1. THAT I am an adult female of sound mind and Cousin to one

MRS. CEASER NDINYA RAMOGO hence competent to swear this
affidavit.

2. THAT I am holder of Passport No. A116104. (Attached hereto

is the copy of the Passport).

3. THAT I am a Business-woman dealing in petroleum products

with Shell and Vivo energy.

4. THAT in the said entity I am also recognized as a

shareholder/dealer.

5. THAT I opted to delegate myself as a Financier/Sponsor

towards my cousin’s one MRS. CEASER NDINYA RAMOGO intended
Nursing Education Course and all her other related expenses
that will be in Holland until her successful completion.

6. THAT in the said sponsorship I have agreed that I am fully

undertaking to be bound by any education or related expenses
on behalf of the Applicant/Student.

7. THAT I swear this affidavit to confirm the above stated

information.

8. THAT what is stated to hereinabove is true to the best of my

knowledge and belief unless otherwise stated.
