Acceptance Letter for addition/deletion of Co-Applicant from the fresh applicant.
5. Provide a color Photo ID & Address proof of the new applicant (e.g. Aadhaar
Card, driver’s license, PAN card, passport etc) & Signature Proof. 6. Provide an
Undertaking Letter from all New Applicants. Along with the above documents, please
send a Demand Draft for Rs. 885/- in favor of ‘Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd.’
Payable at Chennai towards the Service Fee. You can send the documents to the

to cancel your original booking and make a fresh one. Here are the cancellation
norms: - More than 21 days before check-in: No days/units will be debited. All
days/units will be credited. - Between 16 – 20 days before check-in: 25% of the
days/units will be debited. - Between 11 – 15 days before check-in: 50% of the
days/units will be debited. - Between 07 – 10 days before check-in: 75% of the
days/units will be debited. - Less than 7 days before check-in: All days/units will
be debited. Please proceed accordingly with the cancellation and make a fresh
