2023 amounts to Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 73/100 (Php312,233.73), plus
penalties, charges, attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure. The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will sell at public auction on
