The Flow of the Session:

Timing Activity

Participants will be allowed to join the session. Upon joining the session,
7:55 PM onwards participants will partake in a brief activity, conducted by the moderators, to
facilitate engagement

Mentor will join the session and moderators will commence the session
8:05 PM - 8:30 PM with a brief introduction of the mentor done by the team, post that the
mentor can start sharing the content and their experience with the learners

Gamification activity to be conducted by the mentor. This can be a group

discussion, quiz, or any other interactive activity based on
8:30 PM - 8:35 PM
the topics covered in the first half of the session to
increase engagement in the session

8:35PM - 8:55 PM Resume content delivery by the mentor

Q&A session with the participants, where they can ask the mentor
8:55 PM Onwards
questions and clarify any doubts.
