III. Procedure
A. Preliminaries
1. Prayer

The teacher will call the students one by one and they will answer
“here” if they are present.
3. Review and Reminders
The classroom rules will be reminded to the class:
1. Show basic courtesy.
2. Keep your microphone muted if not told to speak.

B. Lesson Proper

The class will perform the activity “Sana All Important”.

and call three students to arrange these options according to their

their arrangement:
 Money
 Education
 Gadgets

2. Presentation of the Lesson

The teacher will connect the motivational activity to the lesson by
asking the students what they have noticed about the options given.

Guide Questions:
1. Are all the options of equal importance?
2. In writing, what will you prioritize when you’re listing a
lot of things? Will you write the most important ones or
the ones that are less of importance?
Expected Answers:
1. No
2. In writing, the most important ones must be prioritized.

3. Development of the Lesson

The teacher will ask the students to think of a situation that once
required them to list things that they need to bring on a certain event.
The teacher will then relate the situations mentioned by the students to
the lesson which is outlining.

The teacher will now discuss the purpose of outlining and provide
examples of outline.
“In outlining, we write the important things first before the things
that are not so important but are still necessary to support your main
points.

Outlines can look quite different. You might use Roman numerals
to indicate the main point or function of that section, and then letters to
indicate separate sub-points, and then even bullet points or numbers to
indicate specific information, like using certain quotes, sources,
evidence, or examples.”

Should Plastic be Banned?
Plastic bags are a major cause of a lot of problems. It has become very
essential to ban plastic bags before they ruin our planet completely.

They cause deterioration of environment by destroying nature due to

their harmful effect. Plastic bags have become the main cause of land
pollution today. The plastic bags entering into the water bodies are a major
cause of water pollution. Hence, we can conclude that these are deteriorating
our environment in every possible way.

The production of plastic bags releases toxic chemicals. These are the
main cause of serious illness. The polluted environment is a major reason for
various diseases which are spreading easily in human beings.

Plastic as a substance is non-biodegradable and thus plastic bags

remain in the environment for hundreds of years. Thus, disposing of the
plastics is the biggest challenge and waste plastic bags cause clogged sewage.
This can result in a flood-like situation and disrupt the normal life of people.

The adverse effects of plastic on the environment are vast and varied.
They range from the pollution of our waterways to the destruction of our
marine life. We cannot continue to ignore the problem any longer, and we
must act to reduce our reliance on plastic. We can start by making small
changes in our everyday lives, such as using reusable bags and water bottles.
Every little bit helps, and together we can make a difference.
