Letter of Offer
Dear Smitkumar Surani,

We are pleased to offer you an employment with Tarapur Taluka Farmer Producer
Company Limited, Tarapur. Based on our interview discussions and your application
submitted to us, details of the job roles, terms and conditions are as follows.
1. Designation: CEO
2. Base Location: Tarapur, Anand
3. Probation period: 3 Month
4. Monthly remuneration: 21,000/- per month + TA DA
5. Professional tax deduction is applicable as per income tax law.
6. Your employment would be subject to the terms and condition mentioned in your
appointment letter, which will be issued to you on your joining.
7. You need to submit the documents mentioned (In Annexure I (B)) within a week of
Joining.
8. In this role, you will be required to fulfill following job responsibilities and duties.
i. Data compilation and management.
ii. Preparation of Power Point Presentation & MIS reports etc.
iii. Coordination with FPOs and other Stakeholders for data submission.
iv. Assisting in executing FPO project activities.
v. Assisting in creating backward and forward market linkages for FPOs.
vi. Handling of procurement operations with farmer/FPOs.
vii. Facilitate FPOs related business activities such as post-harvest management,
collective marketing, procurement, convergence with Central/State Govt. schemes etc.
viii. Preparation, analysis and integration of diverse information from varied sources.
ix. Assist in conducting Conference, Workshops, Exhibitions/ Farmers' Fair/ Trade Fairs
etc.
x. Advocacy and licensing work with line Ministries and Central/ State Govt.
departments etc.
xi. Undertake basic administrative coordination and networking tasks as assigned from
time to time.
xii. Attending & Organizing FIG Meeting /AGM/Board Meeting/ DMC Meeting etc.
xiii. Providing Handholding support to the FPOs.
xiv. Travelling to anywhere in, India as and when required.
xv. Any other work given by the Company.
