Usain Bolt – my role model

Out of all the famous athletes and sportsmen out there, Usain Bolt has to probably
be my role model and the one that I admire the most. He is one of the best
examples of hard work and dedication out there.
Usain Bolt is a Jamaican retired sprinter, widely considered to be the best sprinter
of all time. He is mostly popular for his fast speeds and his time-breaking records.
He was born in a small town in Jamaica, and from a very young age, he showed
signs that he was into sports and was very energic. Once he got into school, he
participated in different kinds of competisions and races, and he was the fastest
runner in the school. His cricket teacher and his friends encouraged him to try field
and track events, so he started to pursue his new goal of being an athlete. In the
next years, Usain Bolt participated in many national and international events and
got astonishingly fast times. Slowly but surely, Usain Bolt participated in more
events, and in 2008, Bolt set a new world record, running 100 metres in just 9.72
seconds. In his career, Usain Bolt broke many records and that is why he is an
example for me. His dedication and his hobbies made him remarcable and
recognized by everybody. He never gave up and trained everyday for his fame and
happiness.
