this day 13 years later!

Childhood
Usain Bolt was born on 21 August, 1986 in Montego Bay,
Jamaica. He was raised by his parents, who ran a small
grocery store, along with his brother and sister. Usain loved
playing sports as a kid, especially football and cricket. He
had a fondness for cricket and spent much of his time
practicing the game. He considers cricket as his first love.

His Struggles
Usain Bolt experienced a number of health issues
throughout the course of his 13 - year career, which
have hindered his development. At the age of 17, he
was given a scoliosis diagnosis. Due to his rapid
growth and overtraining, his spine was bent. He
battled this throughout his entire career.
