Planning aspects

1. High-quality neighbourhood
a. Block orientation

2. Efficiency
a. Footprint area
b. Height
c. Density ( achieved number of housing units, unit per floor)
3. Basic service
4. Water supply, energy and waste disposal system

Given the above points, the flowing components of plans will be reviewed,

1. Blocking
2. Street system
3. Public space and green areas
4. Basic facilities

II. Deliverable
a. Summarized report
b. Sketches and maps

III. Review fee

The fee is calculated based on the number of hours expected to be spent on the project. It is
assumed that for review the schematic design has to be completed showing all the blocks, open
space, buildings, and street system.

The offer is forwarded on an individual expert basis, if the client prefers to release payment on a
company basis 30% income tax and 15% VAT will be added

60 % of the payment shall be paid after the first review is completed.


40 % will be released after the second review.
