• Planning (Stage-1): Planning as per given survey drawing
• Structural design (Stage-2):: Detailed analysis and structural design report with working drawings.
• Quantity (Stage-3): Detailed Quantity calculation sheet for both concrete, steel and etc.,

Terms and Conditions:
❖ 30% advance should be paid as advance before commencement of the work.
❖ Remaining 50% of payment should be paid immediately after final approval of design and drawings.
❖ 20% after issuing quality reports.
❖ Work will be start after confirmation of your work order or advance payment.
❖ Total 3 site visits will be included in this quote and additional visits will be charged in lumpsum.
❖ Site visit requirement will be informed before two days over a telephonic communication and mail.
❖ Stages and procedure of work
1)Design requirement check list will be update in two days after confirmation
2)Preliminary approval General Arrangement drawing of 3 category designs in two to three days
3)Detailed Analysis and Structural design of 3 category in maximum 10days
4)After getting approval of all drawings detailed project report two hardcopies will be submit in a week.

❖ Laboratory reports are issued from ISO certified company.

❖ The site in charge must be in touch with respect to progress of work
❖ Overall Data will be submitted within 20 days.
