Task 7: Essential Questions

1. Why is there a need to compare and align one’s PECs with the PECs
of a successful entrepreneur?
We can identify an entrepreneur being successful because of their skills
and ability wherein shows how they can handle their business effectively and
face the challenges and problem on their ways. It only shows that the skills
obtain by them are well assured to be successful. The PECs of a successful
entrepreneur can stand as a model in which one can make it as a basis on what
he lacks off and work on it more.

2. How does your action plan help sustain your strong PECs and/or address
your development areas?
When doing an action plan, you need to have a definite goal to make
yourself strive for what you want to achieve. There are few steps to follow in
order to make your plan attainable and to avoid loss. In this way, since you're
aiming towards a defined target, providing excellent action plans enables you
to maintain your strong PECs and address development areas. In every part of
the action plan requires different kind of skills in which one should identify and
thus makes a person seek progress and focusing on the development areas
without affecting the obtained strong ones. Action plan also makes you come up
with tactical actions within timeframe and thus challenges your skills to do so.
In someway, you will prepare yourself and the resources you will be needing as
you track your progress.

3. What plan of action will you utilize to address your development areas?
The plan of action I will utilize to address my development areas is first
to create a goal in every part of the plan so that different areas will be
given a focus in which is covered in a tactical type of action plan. Furthermore,
the action shall be relevant to the goal and be composed of a SMART
steps/goals. In the goal created, it should make a focus on the development
areas wherein was identified before the creation of action plan. A strategic plan
for addressing development areas can be found in the list of targets in which
will also be able to conserve time and better organize the activities.
