THE
COVID-19
IN OUR LIVES
We are currently facing a pandemic called SARS-Cov-
19 or better known as
coronavirus, this is a global
outbreak that has paralyzed the
population in significant ways, but
at the course today we have the
notion of the situation.
The economic and social crisis
that has been experienced,
caused by the pandemic,
generating consequences in the way of life of people, in
the way they organize themselves, in education and in
other factors that governments they have been
presenting and discovering, they aren’t prepared to face
this type of situations that implies giving the deserved
importance to certain sectors. Globally, the economy
has begun to show future risks due to the situation,
changing the activities that we normally carry out, going
out for coffee, visiting archaeological and gastronomic
routes, visiting museums, shopping sprees or simply
with a shaking hand, a hug, or a kiss on the cheek have
been affecting, businessmen, organizations and people
with them.
That is why companies are preparing ways to offer their
services or products online, opening their minds and
giving importance to the use of technologies,
organizations help to donate or charity to the situation,
people stay at home or comply with the measures of
corresponding health and safety.
People look for activities that help them during their stay
at home, some have a life or star to get fitness, create
art, music, or recreational activities, some due to lack of
time discovered new creative skills such as cooking or
dancing. Including this pandemic, it has been more
environmentally-friendly, with the reduction of smog, of
the ozone layer, and the increase of some endangered
species.
Also, the situation had been becoming negative, due to
unemployment, to companies that do not seek sales
alternatives and fall into bankruptcy, ways to provide
education and health, the greater use of plastics in-
home deliveries such as styrofoam cups, or substances
to treat disinfection or cleaning, which are detrimental to
the planet and human
health, emotional and
mental crises due to
isolation or the disease
itself.
It is said that when there is a crisis there is a change and
that becomes an opportunity. if you’ve waited for an
opportunity now is the time, you could use that creativity
and make it your job, being an entrepreneur, or if it isn’t
what are you looking for you can help to society in the
way you want, there are
currently organizations that
need volunteering to face this
situation.
if you’re a business, use that
technology to sell your
products or services, whether
you´re the corner store, larger
merchant or upmarket, you can
open your online store, offer home delivery or more. And
if you already use this technology (social networks, web
pages, applications, and more) keep improving and
growing, looking for new and better strategies that help
your business and your customers.
Actually is advisable to save money and try not to get
into debt right now, but no everything is possible in this
life, so you should try to have a financially stable and
think well about what to invest or spend, but not
everything is money, this pandemic has taught us to
enjoy more those little moments, the enjoyment of being

with the people you love, the health that has become so
important and above all begin more kind-hearted with
oneself and with the rest.

For years the human being has adapted to the

continuous changes of life, and this pandemic will not be
an exception, the return to the new normality will not be
easy and it will bring new challenges and changes to our
lives, many hygiene protocols, health and distance will
remain and adapt to our routine so it only remains to
accept that change, to learn from it and go ahead.
