1500 ml cake flour
30 ml Robertsons steak and chops spice

240 g butter

2400 g chicken livers, sinews trimmed, rinsed well and drained
60 ml Robertsons mixed herbs
12 shallots or leeks, sliced thinly
1500 g button mushrooms
6 ml Robertsons cayenne pepper
480 ml cream
480 ml brandy, heated
Herb Oil:
360 ml chopped parsley
360 ml chopped coriander
360 ml olive oil
Robertsons Atlantic sea salt to season
Robertsons ground black peppercorns to taste
15 ml Robertsons crushed garlic
60 ml lemon juice
24 grilled flatbreads (roosterkoek or braai bread)
