 1500 ml cake flour
 30 ml Robertsons steak and chops spice

 240 g butter
 180 ml olive oil
 2400 g chicken livers, sinews trimmed, rinsed well and drained
 60 ml Robertsons mixed herbs
 12 shallots or leeks, sliced thinly
 1500 g button mushrooms
 6 ml Robertsons cayenne pepper
 480 ml cream
 480 ml brandy, heated
 Herb Oil:
 360 ml chopped parsley
 360 ml chopped coriander
 360 ml olive oil
 Robertsons Atlantic sea salt to season
 Robertsons ground black peppercorns to taste
 15 ml Robertsons crushed garlic
 60 ml lemon juice
 24 grilled flatbreads (roosterkoek or braai bread)
