What is the EVALUATION?


This evaluation is a booklet containing literary elements of the book, Amber Brown Goes
Fourth by Paula Danziger. The evaluation is meant for students to demonstrate their
comprehension of the story through written production and relevant artwork.

What MATERIALS will you need?


For this evaluation you will need the following materials:
1. Block or construction paper and scissors.
2. Colored pencils or markers (They must not bleed through the paper.).
3. Pencil, eraser, and sharpener.

What are the CONTENT REQUIREMENTS?

The cover of the booklet must include your first and last name, the full title of the book,
the author’s name, and a relevant colored drawing.

On the first page, you must include the name and psychological description (at least 2
adjectives) of a main character of the story. Explain why the character is feeling that way.
Draw and color them.

On the second page, you must include the name and description (at least 2 adjectives) of
another main character of the story. Explain why the character is feeling that way. Draw
and color them.

On the third page, you must include one of the main settings, its description (at least 2
adjectives), and how it makes Amber feel in the story.

On the fourth page , write 4 sentences with keywords for the following main idea “Many
things have changed in Amber’s life.” Highlight the key words.

On the fifth page, you must include your answer in complete sentences to the following
questions. Explain your answers in detail and include an example from the book to support
them.
