Tiangge Flee Market Operation

I.Description

A. Project Location

The location of the project is at Brgy.Bulaon Ressetlement Oval Park

B. Brief Summary of the Project

Every Sunday during 2pm-9pm we are asking permission to our Beloved Honorable brgy. Capt.Lavenie P.
Gopez To give us access and and brgy.bussiness permits to Operate a Night Flee Market during the said
hours. Upon the request, we bulaon vendors association are also willing to help, support and donate to
the Brgy. Bulaon and to Parish Church this will be given as a donation as token of appreciation for giving
bulaon vendors association to operate a Night Flee Market or Tiangge.

Our Tiangge is also asking our Honorable beloved Capt. Capt.Lavenie P. Gopez to provide us assistance
such as brgy.tanod atleast 4-6 of them when during night Flee Market Start on its operation hours.

1.To assure traffic flows smoothly and for peace and order.

2.Pick up our left garbage also be paid by the bulaon vendors association to make sure the cleanliness of
the Oval Park Area after the operation. Will be putting atleast 2-4 sweeper

3.Brgy will provide electricity for the Night Flee Market if possible and bulaon vendors association will be
collected 15php per 1light bulb and each members can use max 4 bulb max 30 Mgwtz.

4.Parking inside the Oval Tiangge area either 3 or 4 wheelers are strictly Prohibited.

5. Bulaon vendors association is also open for solicitors as long the Brgy.Capt. has a letter of
recommendation or approval to solicit only during Sunday 6-8pm Tiangge Operation.

The brgy.tanod that will be duty on the Night Flee Market and sweepers will be compensated on the
same day before before and after Tiangge Operation is over.

I am hoping to hear response from your Office of Brgy. Specially to our Beloved Honorable Capt.Lavernie
P. Gopez and I hope we can be part help of thisTiangge project.

project by the Organizer trough Bulaon Vendors Association will be put to our beloved brgy. as Donation

5k Every Sunday or 10k every month 30k every 3 months the contract will be renewable every 6 months

Brgy. Business permit for Bulaon Vendors Association is included

We can apply Brgy. Bussiness permit and Mayors permit if possible for the whole Bulaon Vendors’
Association if possible.

Garbage Hakot is included

Electricy is included

Solicitor is open during Sunday tiangge operation as long Brgy.Kap. has a letter of approval.
