CERTIFICATION TO FILE ACTION

This is to certify that:

1. There has been a personal confrontation between Jojie Marie Palec and Timothy Andrade
on the issue of recovery of ownership of the respondent in the property of the
complainant;
2. Upon the submission of written statement from both parties, the Office of the Barangay
Captain through its Lupon commenced three (3) session hearings to settle the dispute;
3. The said hearing was conducted at the Barangay Ilaya Hall witnessed by two Barangay
councilors: Mr. Danny Derla and Mr. Jonic Demegillo on the following dates:

1st Hearing February 10 , 2022

2nd Hearing February 17, 2022

3rd Hearing February 24, 2022

4. The personal confrontation before the Lupon did not result in an amicable settlement
between the two parties.
5. Therefore, the corresponding complaint for the dispute may now be filed in Court.
