RESTAURANT PROJECT.

To start my new restaurant I need to know the budget I must invest to start my business.
In this way apply for a loan to the bank and that can finance it at monthly installments.

There are operating costs that require a large initial investment. A small business
dedicated to the sale of food in Colombia and with a production capacity of 20 people
requires an initial investment of $ 10 million pesos.
The remodeling and adaptation of the place is necessary both to have a pleasant
decoration and to comply with all sanitary regulations. In our case of reference, these
costs amount to $ 2,000,000 million pesos. In the management of the image, advertising
and promotion of the site must also make an investment.
The flyers and the design of the logo and menus can cost $1.00.000 pesos
Basic equipment (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kitchenware, crockery, glasses
and safe) and furniture (chairs and tables) are required, reaching $5,800,000. The site
must also have the capacity to reproduce music and distribute orders in the event that
addresses are made.

It is also necessary to open a savings account to deposit the profits generated by the
restaurant and a current account to pay the payroll of employees.
