1. Overview
station broadcasting, violation alarm, vehicle dispatching, data collection and analysis,
automatic uploading of abnormal event videos, remote real-time video and audio
monitoring, remote snapshots, remote historical video query, automatic video of
reversing and door opening and illegal snapshots.
Hisense MT5508 intelligent vehicle video monitoring and dispatching terminal
(Hereinafter referred to as vehicle terminal) can provide beneficial help for the
convenience of the driver's work, the enhancement of driving safety factor, and the
reduction of accidents. At the same time, it also provides support and assistance for
monitoring service standards, reducing public security incidents, public security
forensics, anti-terrorism, etc., which can provide people with a safe and harmonious
riding environment.

The vehicle terminal can provide on-time reminders, delay, skipping station, too
early or late, speeding and other violation reminders, which can enable the driver to
consciously maintain good driving habits and reduce the incidence of accidents. At
the same time, the vehicle terminal can report violation information to the bus center
to strengthen the management of drivers.
Swipe the card at the keyboard of the color screen to complete the driver's
attendance, avoiding the tedious operation of manual input to improve work efficiency.
The vehicle terminal and the bus center can realize two-way communication. The
bus center can issue dispatching instructions and notification information to the driver
through the vehicle terminal, and can also query the state of the vehicle terminal or
send control instructions to make the vehicle terminal perform other operations such
as video recording. The driver can also report vehicle operating conditions to the bus
center through the vehicle terminal, such as sending alarm information.
It is convenient for the driver to contact the dispatcher, and it also supports voice
trunking dispatch, and can also make emergency call to hospital, fire department and
police department.

According to GPS mileage statistics function, it can accurately assess the driver's
work performance, automatically record driving mileage and shifts, and distinguish
operating and non-operating mileage.
The vehicle terminal can convert the text information sent by the bus center into
voice information to play. It can receive the information in time while ensuring the
safe driving of the driver.
Audio and video surveillance uses dual storage of main hard disk and secondary hard disk,
and can selectively superimpose information such as license plate number, channel name, time,
●
geographic location, and driving speed into the saved video. It facilitates the collection of
evidence after the incident such as safety accidents and traffic disputes, deterring
criminals, and at the same time standardizing driver services.

1.2.12. Automatically display related videos when reversing, opening the door
and stopping
When reversing, opening the door and parking, the relevant position video is
automatically displayed, which is convenient for the driver to operate.
The driver activates the button to alarm, triggering the active report of the
surveillance video in the car, which can ensure the safe driving of the driver and can be
used as a basis for handling passenger disputes.
The system can realize automatic time adjustment without manual intervention, and
ensure the correctness of the real-time display time and video recording time of the
vehicle terminal.
The system data or video can be backed up through the USB port using mobile
storage devices such as USB flash drives to prevent data loss.
The local system update and maintenance can be completed through the USB
port, and the remote update is completed through the GPRS data flow, which can
realize the batch update of the vehicle terminal.

interface
The user can switch between the dispatch interface and the video monitoring
interface through the shortcut button.
The terminal obtains the passenger congestion coefficient in the vehicle through
the analysis of the video in the vehicle, and transmits the data to the background
dispatching center. The dispatching center can adjust the departure plan in time
according to the congestion coefficient to reduce the passenger detention and other
conditions. Passengers can also choose to ride according to this coefficient to increase
ride comfort.
The driver presses the illegal capture button to capture photos of other vehicles
occupying the bus lane illegally, and automatically recognize the license plate
information to provide a basis for traffic police enforcement and improve the
efficiency of bus operations.
The 4G network in the vehicle is shared through WIFI hotspots, and passengers
are connected through mobile terminals such as mobile phones to achieve free
Internet access, which provides convenience for passengers in the vehicle while

Notice:
Since the configuration file will make special settings for the volume of certain
time periods, the priority of the time period volume setting value is higher than
the volume value adjusted through the menu interface. Therefore, when the time
period volume is active, the volume value adjusted by the menu only takes effect
within the time period volume interval.
For example, the in-vehicle volume from 12:00 to 13:00 is 50-80, and the
in-vehicle volume value adjusted by the menu is 60, so the actual volume from
12:00 to 13:00 is 60. When the in-vehicle volume adjusted by the menu is 49,
the actual volume from 12:00 to 13:00 is 50. When the in-vehicle volume value
adjusted by the menu is 81, the actual volume from 12:00 to 13:00 is 80.

stored in the secondary hard disk. Note that there are three options for
the sub-stream to be configured: priority options, level settings and
resolution settings. The priority options include "image quality" and
"smooth". The levels are divided into three levels: "high", "medium",
and "low", and the resolution is divided into "D1" and "CIF".
Encoding type: Choose to set the type of video encoding, which can be
selected as "H265" or "H264".
Resolution: The main stream supports 720P video format by default.
Bit rate: set the bit rate of the fixed bit stream; control the clarity of the
image, the main bit stream ranges from 768Kbps to 2.5Mbps
Bit rate type: The default is "fixed bit rate".
●
1. Video frame rate: control the smoothness of image playback, the highest full
frame rate (PAL 25 frames/sec, NTSC 30 frames/sec), the minimum 10
frames/sec.
Pre-recording time: the length of time for pre-recording. Currently,
pre-recording is not supported.
Copy: Used to copy the current channel configuration parameters to other
channels, channel 1~16 or all.
Apply: Used to save the current channel configuration parameters.
Notice:
The bit rate and video frame rate need to be adjusted according to the site
conditions, camera conditions and image quality requirements;
At the same bit rate, the higher the video frame rate, the smoother the video; at
the same video frame rate, the higher the bit rate, the clearer the image.
