1 : Quality Assurance
Supplier shall comply with the requirement of the Quality Assurance stated in the "General Purchase Terms Conditions, GTC" for Renault, the "Master Purchase Agreement, MPA"
for Nissan and the "Alliance Supplier Guide, ASG including ANPQP" and Renault Technical requirement in the RFQ.

The supplier shall establish the Supplier ANPQP representative (SAR) to implement ANPQP activity in the project.
The SAR shall complete the ANPQP training programmed by Renault-Nissan.
In addition Mitsubishi, Supplier shall comply with the requirement of Quality Assurance which state in the "Parts Purchase Agreement", the "Quality Assurance Agreement",
ANPQP, or the "Supplier Quality Guidebook(SQG)"(for except MMTh) and the "Supplier quality assurance manual (SQAM)"(for MMTh) .

The Supplier shall demonstrate exhaustively and at any request that:

- its entire production is conform with Safety and Regulatory Special Characteristics applicable in the commercialization countries, including those identified by himself
- all the requirements concerning Safety and Regulatory Special Characteristics are deployed to sub-contractors suppliers throughout the supply chain.

2 : Quality Targets
Zero non conformity shall be delivered.
Quality performance is currently measured with several KPI described in the table below.
For PPM, SP-3MIS and Ranking, monitoring thresholds are yearly defined and sent to suppliers by APO through an annual objective letter.

2.6) Quality target for trial parts

Zero non conformity shall be delivered (including rework during VC and PT) throughout the development phase.

Renault reserves the right to evaluate the quality of the tools at the earliest, by auditing parts in your toolmakers’ workshop during the first parts production done with definitive tool, by auditing the quality
of the parts before delivery in your development center or plant (off-tool) and by auditing the process (Off Process) in your final manufacturing sites from PT until MA or end of ramp-up.
In case of audit, supplier shall give the needed authorizations and to put the technical resources at our disposal, enabling us to fulfill this mission (Access Permission site, Desk, Internet Access)

Supplier's schedule will take into account the number of tunning loops required to deliver compliant parts for every deliveries. For more details, please refert to "Engineering Project General Requirements
(RFQ package)" .
