EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Crumbly Creations is a partnership and operates on 2 June 2023. The enterprise is

categorized in food and beverage products which is cookies . The main target that is set by the
enterprise is people who use social media and public. The price is affordable despite that the best
quality of ingredients is used to ensure the quality guarantee of the products deliver to the
customers. This portfolio consist Facebook posting of three main parts, teaser post, hard sell post,
and soft sell post. In Facebook Posting Teaser, the enterprise has not yet delivers the real products
and just makes a sneak-peak posting to make audiences curious and updated.

As for Facebook Posting Hard Sell, the real products with detail like the name of the
products, price, payment, and how to purchase. Crumbly Creations use direct link to Whatsapps
chat for order to purchase and any enquiry because it is an easy way to communicate through the
chat. Lastly, Facebook Posting Soft Sell, Crumbly Creations post a pictures and videos to educate
and give information to audiences about cookies and recent issue. For example of posting, the
benefits of ingredients, tips to choose your ingredients and ways to bake properly to prevent
mistakes.

industry due to the huge demand and numerous positive reviews of this popular search engine.
