The Federal Government of Nigeria has received support from the African Development
Bank (AfDB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the Islamic Development
Bank (IsDB) towards the implementation of the Investment in Digital and Creative
Enterprises (iDICE) Programme and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to
finance payments under the contract for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
• A University degree.
• A minimum of 5 years' work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience at an associate level with a development
partner institution, with proven skills in management and coordination.
• Experience managing, designing, and coordinating program/project monitoring
and evaluation activities and communication with delivery partners and program
donor(s).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in
accordance with the African Development Bank's "Procurement Policy for Bank Group
Funded Operations (October 2015)", which is available on the Bank's website at
http://www.afdb.org. Only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be used
in the selection process.
