Purpose  MISSION
The organization aims to promote people management among students
under JPMAP Organization in NDMC, showcase their talents, and
foster collaboration and camaraderie among members and leaders.
 VISION
To be the premier event for young people management students in
NDMC, where they can come together to learn, grow, and network.

Goals &
Objectives  Goals:

1. Celebrate the field of people management.


2. Provide a platform for JPMAP members to showcase their
talents, skills, and knowledge in people management.
3. Foster camaraderie and collaboration among JPMAP
members.

 Objectives:

1. Increase awareness of the field of HRM among students.


2. Empower young people to develop their people management
skills and knowledge.
3. Foster a sense of community and collaboration among
JPMAP members.
4. Promote the importance of HRM.

Target
Audience  The JPMAP Day is designed to engage students from Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource
Management.

Event
Stakeholders  JPMAP Day event stakeholders include JPMAP members, officers, and
advisers responsible for organizing the event

Event
Schedule  The Summer Style Bazaar will be held in November2023 in Primera
Hall of Notre Dame of Midsayap College. Beginning at12:00 p.m. and
ending at 5:00 p.m.

 Our JPMAP Day marketing and promotion approach will include both
Event physical and online media. We will assign each year level
Marketing & representatives to announce personally to their class about the JPMAP
Promotion Day event. Moreover, we will post regular updates, engaging
information, and teasers on the event's official social media pages, such
as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build excitement and
encourage participants to share their experiences using event-specific
hashtags.

 JPMAP Day offers students a unique opportunity to enhance their


Value leadership and management skills through engaging workshops, and
Proposition networking with other members. By participating in JPMAP Day,
attendees gain valuable insights, practical knowledge, and a supportive
community that empowers them to excel in their careers and personal
development. Join us to unlock your full potential and connect with
like-minded individuals passionate about leadership and management.

KPIs Some of the key performance indicators (KPIs) we plan to use to measure the
value of the JPMAP Day and ensure that it meets its goals and objectives
include:
1. Attendance: The number of attendees who come to the event will indicate
how many people were interested in the event.

2. Engagement: The level of engagement that attendees have with the event,
including participating in the activities and how much they participate in the
intermissions.

3. Feedback: The feedback received from attendees, including their level of


satisfaction with the event and whether they would attend again in the future

By monitoring and analyzing these KPIs, we will be able to evaluate the


success of the JPMAP Day and identify areas for improvement for future
events.
