1. EXPERIENCE

❖ KARISMASTUDY (2022 MARCH- ongoing)

(Novartis study KAE609) is an active –controlled study of intravenous cipargamin (KAE609)

an adult and pediatric participants with severe plasmodium falciparum malaria to measure its
efficiency and safety in partnership with NOVARTIS research and development and I performed
following task and responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK:

• To prepare and read all required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and
to make sure are used prior every test being performed.

• Sample collection, reception and processing under use of study protocol and
laboratory manual.

• Using POC testing machines, Hemo-screen and piccolo to generate

hematology and biochemistry results.

• To make sure that all machines are calibrated and control samples are done
accordingly.
• Reading and reporting stained thin and thick slides.

• Sample transportation, storage and shipment as well.

• Read and report slides for proficiencytest (PT)

 ❖ VIBRI STUDY (2022-2023):
A multi –center , randomized , Double blind, Phase 2 rb Trial to evaluate the safety and
immunogenicity of Janssen Ad26COVS1 and novavax NVX-C0v2373COVID-19
vaccine for homologous and heterologous Boosting in Adolescents and Adults Aged 12
to 64 years with and without HIV infections in 3 African countries (Kenya, Democratic
Republic of Congo, and RWANDA.

RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK:

• Sample collection, reception and processing based on lab manual.

• Use and operate hematology, biochemistry machines for doing calibration, controls and
tests.
• Fill and reporting all laboratory results to the laboratory source documents and to be
shared to the study physician.

PROTHIONE STUDY :( July 2021- March 2022):

A Phase 2, Proof of concept

Randomized, Double blind, Placebo controlled Study to evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of
prothione TM capsules for mild to moderate coronavirus Diseases 2019(COVID-19).
RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK:
• Sample collector and receiving in laboratory

. • Processing all samples based on lab Manuel

• Reporting the results to the study physician

❖ In 2021, I worked in WONDFO Study my role was Collected and Analyzed Samples by
using Rapid Test
❖ From November 2005 to August 2018 I worked at Bushenge Provincial Hospital my role
was Assistant Lab Manager Head of Hematology and Serology section and also I workedas
lab technician.
❖ I worked at ICAP from 3 September 2018 to 31/03/ 2019
