1.1.2. Create a reservation for Concrete/Block in HECL Project

1. Enter the material code of Concrete/Block in the CJ20N in project (Other than HECL)
2. Enter Plant as “HE03”
3. Enter Requirement Qty.
4. Enter Requirement Date (It will automatically arrived from scheduling)

Press Enter
 1. Select “Reserv. WBS Element
2. Click Continue or Press Enter

Save the Project

1.1.3. Explode BOM

1. Select the Activity

2. Click the component overview

1. Select the material component

1. Click Edit
2. Click Component
3. Click Explode BOM
1. Verify the data and click continue

1. Select all the components

2. Click Copy
 1. All the BOM components are displayed with requirement qty.

Save the Project

1.1.4. Check Report – TCode: CN52N

Execute the CN52N report

 1. Materials with required quantity and requirement date are displayed here

Create Manual Project PR with reference of this report and follow

with standard procurement process

1.1.5. PRODUCTION ORDER AGAINST WBS - TCODE: CO10

1. Create Production Order by T Code CO10 and Enter WBS Element

2. Enter Material No

3. Enter Plant

4. Enter Order Type And Press Enter

1. Enter Production Order Quantity for Header Material

2. Select Scheduling Type Only “Capacity Requirement”

3. Schedule Start Date and End Date

4. Save the Production Order

1.1.6. PRODUCTION ORDER CONFIRMATION – TCODE: CO11N

1. Go to Co11n T Code and Enter Production Order No

2. Enter Production Order Quantity

3. Click on Actual Data

4. Click Ok Goods Movement

1. Enter storage location for each material

2. Check the stock type as Project stock with indicator “Q”

3. Save the Production order

Follow the standard process for consumption against WBS
