“ HOW TO COOK CHIKEN ADOBO”

Adobo, a popular Filipino dish, is beloved for its savory and

tangy flavors. To cook this delicious dish, start by marinating
your choice of protein (chicken, pork, or a combination) in a
mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, and bay
leaves. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for
deeper flavor infusion.

Once marinated, heat some oil in a pan and sauté chopped

onions until translucent. Add the marinated meat and cook until
browned. Pour in the marinade and bring it to a boil, then reduce
the heat and let it simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce
has thickened to your desired consistency.

Serve your adobo hot over steamed rice and enjoy the rich,
savory taste that perfectly balances the tanginess of the vinegar
and the richness of the soy sauce. Adobo is a versatile dish that
can be customized to suit your taste preferences, making it a
favorite in Filipino cuisine around the world.
