Ma’am:

Greetings of peace!
The undersigned would like to inform your good office that many of Pagadian City Pilot
School children especially the SSES classes have been experiencing different kinds of illness
and some even brought to the hospital due to the excessive heat temperature. If this
phenomenon continues, this can bring negative effects on students and teachers’ health that
may result to dehydration, fever, and even heat stroke. HRPTA presidents are complaining in
the office regarding the health issues of their children and requesting for an immediate action
with this matter.
As the second parents who truly prioritize the welfare of our learners, it is our utmost
understanding to address the concern of our parents who have deeply concern of the health of
their children.
Therefore, In-behalf of the teachers, parents and pupils of PCPS, we would like to request
from your good office to allow us to shorten the face-to-face classes from 7:00 to 11:30 in the
morning and in the afternoon the school will use modules as our Alternative Delivery Mode
(ADM) until such time that the temperature is back to normal.
