SUBJECT: DESIGNATION ORDER

Due to the exigency in government service, you are hereby officially designated
as OFFICER IN-CHARGE, from November 20 to November 24, 2023 in lieu of my
absence and in time when I have to attend meetings, webinars, conferences and other
official calls in the District, Division, Regional and other agencies.

As such, you are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to
your designation and other related functions as may be assigned and will be doing so.

You are further advised to closely coordinate to our PSDS as the direct person
whom you can ask assistance and receive updates with regards to school related
information.

That this Memorandum shall take effect from the date of the issuance until such
time that this has been revoked and cancelled by the undersigned for whatever lawful
and legal grounds.
