2ND QUARTER MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

Testes or Testicles - A pair of spherical glands located in a pouch that hangs outside of of a
male body.

Testosterone - Responsible for the development of the male. Secondary sex characteristics
such as
Body hair, muscle development, and deep voice of the male.

Scrotum – Keeps the temperature of testes slightly lower than the rest of the body.

Seminiferous tubules - Sperms are continuously being produced.

Cowper’s Glands, Seminal vesicles, and prostate Glands – Are active in producing fluids which
serve as a Nourishment for the semen and lubrication of duct.

Semen - The fluids secreted by these glands and the sperms form the fluid called semen.

Epididymis – The sperm cells that undergo maturation and are stared for a long very long time.

Vas Deferens – A tube that leads upwards each testes.

Uretha – The passage way for the elimination of urine and sperm that leave the males body.

Ejaculation – The passage of semen through then uretha.


Is the process of releasing sperm outside the body.
