Name of the title – “Prepare list of the documents required for

obtaining permission for construction of apartment from
competent authority and wright report”

1.0 Aims/Benefits of the Micro-project:

 This project aims to simplify the process by providing a step-by-step guide outlining the
documents required and the procedure for obtaining the necessary permits and approvals.
The project also aims to highlight the importance of obtaining the necessary permits and
approvals to ensure that the building is constructed in compliance with standard norms and
regulations and is safe for occupants.

2.0 Course Outcomes Addressed:

a) Rules and regulation are known about construction.
b) Study about Building plans and Drawing.
c) To read and understand Ownership Documents

3.0 Proposed Methodology:

 Procedure in brief that will be followed to do the micro- project-

1. Focused on the selection on an appropriate topic for the micro
project.

2. Select the topic i.e to Documentation requirements for obtaining

permission for Apartment construction . .

3. Brief study as will as Building planning and drwaing on our topic.

4. Gather all Information based on topic of micro project.

5. Analysis and study of our topic in detail.
