Check all locks on doors and windows
Test all light switches
Ensure all electrical outlets are working properly.
Inspect walls, ceilings, and floors for any damages or marks.
Check for any signs of pests (e.g., mice, cockroaches, termites, etc)
Check water pressure in faucets and inspect for leaks under sinks.
Fire extinguisher

Kitchen:
Inspect cabinets and drawers for any damage or missing hardware.
Check the condition of countertops for scratches or stains.
Ensure all kitchen fixtures (faucet, sink) are working properly.

CR:
Check for any leaks under sinks and around toilets.
Test the water pressure in the shower and sink.
Inspect bathroom fixtures (faucets, showerhead, toilet) for proper functioning.

Living Room / Dining Room/Bedroom

Test all light switches
Ensure all electrical outlets are working properly.

Commercial Unit
Check rollup doors for any damages or marks.
Check if fixtures made by the tenant (e.g signage, shelves, cabinets etc.) are removed.

Outdoor Area (if applicable):

Inspect balcony, patio, or yard for any safety hazards or damages.
Test any outdoor light fixtures.

Miscellaneous:
Check for any missing or damaged items listed in the lease agreement.
Check for any remodelling or alteration in the Unit/Stall.
Take photos of any damages or issues as documentation.
