Answer Key
Suggested answer:
I only eat half a bowl of rice and a few pieces of vegetables every day. I drink six glasses
of water every day. My favourite food is beef. I often have five servings of beef every day.
My favourite drink is cola. I usually drink at least seven cans every week. For snacks, I like
eating potato chips. I usually have one packet every day. I think a healthy diet is made up
of food from the five food groups. I think my diet is not healthy because I eat too much junk
food. I need to think carefully and use the food pyramid as a tool to plan a healthy diet. I
should eat more rice, vegetables and dairy products. I should eat less meat and fewer
potato chips. I can eat fruit or yoghurt to replace unhealthy snacks. I should drink more
water and less cola too.
