GIFT DEED

We, (1)Bushra Bi Bi, wife of Late Ali Asghar, (2)Muhammad Azeem Asghar Son of Late
Ali Asghar ,(3)Mst. Ayesha Bi Bi Daughter of Late Ali Asghar all resident of House No.331-
B Gali No. 13, Sector G-6/2, Islamabad and (4)Mst. Imtiaz Fatima Daughter of Late Ali
Asghar resident of House No.6/3-B, Gali No. 56, Sector G-7/2 Islamabad and (5)Mst. Rabia
Sajid Daughter of Late Ali Asghar resident of House No.220-C, Gali No. 55, Sector G-7/3-3,
Islamabad.(hereinafter referred to as “the Donors”) do hereby solemnly declare as under:-

1. That we alongwith Mr. Muhammad Nadeem Asghar(the donee) were absolute

owners of Plot No. 2, Sector E, Measuring 300 Sq. Yards, in Saman Zar(Judicial
Colony) Membership No. 482, Islamabad and Shop No. 1 & 2, Measuring
18x50=100 Sq. Yards situated at Commercial building namely Rafiq Plaza
Constructed over Plot No. 7-A, Markaz G-9, Islamabad.

2. That on _________, a voluntary transfer of property in consideration of natural love

and affection, we, the Donors, gifted to our Son/Brother, Muhammad Nadeem
Asghar NIC No.61101-6978153-7, resident of House No.331-B Gali No. 13, Sector
G-6/2, Islamabad (hereinafter referred to as “the Donee”) our whole share in the said
Plot and Shops, in the presence of following witnesses:

3. That gift of the above mentioned Plot and Shops was accepted by the Donee in the
presence of the above said witnesses.

4. That the possession of the said Plot and Shops was delivered to the Donee on the
same date, in consequence whereof We, the Donors, hereby divest ourself of all our
title, claim, rights, interest in respect of the said Plot and Shops, which henceforth has
become the exclusive property of the donee.

Gali No. 13, Sector G-6/2, Islamabad, do hereby confirm that gift of Plot No. 2,
Sector E, Measuring 300 Sq. Yards, in Saman Zar(Judicial Colony) Membership No.
482, Islamabad and Shop No. 1 & 2, Measuring 18x50=100 Sq. Yards situated at
Commercial building namely Rafiq Plaza Constructed over Plot No. 7-A, Markaz G-
9, Islamabad, made by Donors as above named was accepted by me and possession
was taken over from the Donor in the presence of the above-named witnesses.
