Our technologies:
Hiring:-
We have tie-ups with different consultants to hire people. There are 3 rounds of
interviews that take place for selection.
After the 3rd round, we prefer to go through a client's interview. Only successfully completion of
that a candidate gets selected.
Training:-
We have separated the training department with all training facilities. First of all we start
basic training about call center activities, second we train them about floor training & ethics,
third we provide them product knowledge.After passing all the training steps when put them on
shadowing and then mock calls then on live calls.
Quality:-
Our quality team is backed by very experienced analytics with experience over 10
years.We generally audit 5 calls per agent per day or as per client’s requirement.
Information Security:-
We mostly use the Linux system highly recommended for security reasons and we have
limited access for employees due to high security.
Reports:-
We provide weekly reports to our client’s or as per client’s requirement. Our system
automatically generates reports for our client’s.These work is totally handled by 5 different
quality check team members.
