practice perlu ditingkatkan agar kegagalan driving license dan airbrake test dapat ditekan ->
50% practice 20% lecture 20% in service 10% testing
- Lama training (dibandingkan dengan rata2 training yang ada, masih rendah) -> bisa 31 (dari
rata-rata organisasi yang mempersyaratkan lisensi mengemudi) -> dengan jadwal yang
09.00 s.d. 15.00 pm tanpa homework di sabtu minggu.

4. How would you assess the impact of your recommendations?


- Diharapkan perbaikan dari trainee qualification dan training program dapat menurunkan
angka kegagalan training s.d. mendekati rata-rata industry yaitu 10% yang pada akhirnya
menurunkan biaya kegagalan training menjadi lebih dari USD 500rb (dihitung jumlah
detailnya). Antara lain:
a. Meningkatkan Jumlah peserta yang mengikuri training s.d. selesai
b. Mengurangi angka kegagalan dari tes mengemudi
c. Mengurangi angka kegagalan dari airbrake
- Dilakukan wawancara / survey untuk mendapatkan feedback atas perubahan materi
training
- Survei ke konsumen, peer, supervisor (penilaian 360) terkait performa driver

Lesson learned:
- Disambungkan ke teori ADDIE (merancang training dengan benar, karakteristik peserta,
pengaruh ke training program)
