• Compare supplier’s quotation to get lowest price for
procure materials.

• Preparation & Submission take-off quantity of each BOQ
item for approval to the client base on shop drawing during
Annex-B KFSH&RC execution.
• Preparing and submission monthly interim payment
certificate as per contract to Clint/consultant.
• Preparation & submission cost estimation of provisional
sum items as client request using element method unit rate
method.
• Prepare and submit Variation order and technical quires.
• Responsible for subcontractor payment against work
progress.
• Revise final BOQ measurement and review, claims,
drawings, site clarification request, and their submissions
