Termination of your employment services

In reference to the subject mentioned above, we regret to inform you that your employment services during your probation period
in capacity of Business Consultant with the XXXXXX. are being terminated with immediate effect as of today i.e. 5 th May 2016 on
the grounds of misconduct, insubordination and unsatisfactory performance.

As per your Appointment Letter dated December 30, 2015, during probation period either Party may terminate the Employment by
serving seven days notice period or salary in lieu thereof. We hereby give you notice of termination effective today with salary in
lieu of seven days notice period which shall be settled in your Full & Final settlement.

You are required to surrender all the tools, gadgets, laptop, accessories, documents and any other proprietary material, in your
possession to your reporting head, failing which the company shall initiate the procedure to recover the same.

As per the appointment letter and in view of the recent findings you are warned against initiating communication with any/all
employees/ representatives/ vendors/ clients of Name of the Company from this day onwards. Failing which, the management shall
be compelled to initiate further legal proceedings against you at your cost and risk, which please note.

We shall settle your Full and Final as per the prevailing company policy and agreed terms and conditions as per the appointment
letter.
